7Account Closure & Suspension

• If a self-exclusion request is submitted.
• When a security investigation is ongoing.

7.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You can close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Please withdraw any remaining valid funds before closing your account.

7.2 Inactive Accounts

An account will be marked inactive after 12 consecutive months with no transactions. A monthly maintenance fee may be deducted from the balance of inactive accounts.

8Limitation of Liability

Bhago Apps is committed to delivering the highest quality of service; however, our liability is limited in the following areas:

• Loss of a game session or bet due to internet connection disruption.
• Delayed transactions due to third-party payment providers.
